High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) represents the next generation in commercial and defense vessel construction. Unlike fragile fiberglass (GRP) or corrosion-prone aluminum, HDPE hulls absorb heavy kinetic impacts, never crack, and remain completely elastic across extreme temperature ranges (-40°C to +80°C).

The material is completely chemically inert – it never suffers from galvanic corrosion in salt water or gelcoat osmosis. HDPE hulls do not require annual antifouling hull paint, radically decreasing operational and maintenance costs.
